Yoga For Children
At Bloom In Motion, I offer children’s yoga classes in school settings — either during school hours as part of the curriculum, or after school as an extracurricular activity. These sessions support students’ wellbeing by combining movement, breath, and mindfulness in a playful and age-appropriate way.

Yoga helps little ones develop body awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence — allowing them to bloom both inside and out.
