Each group class is kept small, with a maximum of 4 students, so you receive plenty of personal attention and guidance in a comfortable, intimate setting.

About Me

I am a Level 1 registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, with over 600 hours of training in adult and children’s yoga. My teaching follows a breath-centred approach, creating nurturing, inspiring spaces where you can move freely, breathe deeply, and bloom.

For a more personalised experience, I also offer one-on-one yoga sessions, tailored to your individual needs. These private sessions are ideal if you're seeking gentle guidance, modifications, support through life transitions — or simply prefer a quiet, nurturing space to practice.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat or props?
All mats and props are provided in the studio. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

 

I’m a complete beginner. Can I join?
Absolutely! My classes are designed for every body and all levels. The Foundations of Yoga class is especially suitable if you’re just starting out.

What if I’m not flexible?
No problem at all. Yoga is not about touching your toes — it’s about connecting with your breath and moving with awareness. Flexibility will come with time, but it’s never a requirement.

How big are the group classes?
Each class has a maximum of 4 students, so you’ll receive individual attention and guidance in a supportive, intimate space.

​

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in — like leggings, track pants, or shorts, and a light top. No shoes are needed; we practice barefoot.

How do I book a class?
Booking is required for all classes. Click the Book a Class button on this page to reserve your spot. Each class has a maximum of 4 students, so securing your place in advance is essential.
