Yoga is a beautiful practice of connection — to breath, body, and inner stillness. It supports strength, flexibility, balance, and above all, self-awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I offer a supportive space where you can move mindfully and reconnect with yourself.

I currently teach Vinyasa Flow classes at The OM Movement yoga studio in Hornsby. These group sessions invite you to build strength and presence through breath-led movement, while flowing through sequences that energise, ground, and release tension. It’s a welcoming space to share in the collective energy of practice.

​Private Yoga Sessions
For a more personalised experience, I also offer one-on-one yoga sessions in Thornleigh, tailored to your individual needs. These private sessions are ideal if you're seeking gentle guidance, modifications, support through life transitions — or simply prefer a quiet, nurturing space to practice.
