Do I need to bring a yoga mat or props?
All mats and props are provided in the studio. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
I’m a complete beginner. Can I join?
Absolutely! My classes are designed for every body and all levels. The Foundations of Yoga class is especially suitable if you’re just starting out.​
What if I’m not flexible?
No problem at all. Yoga is not about touching your toes — it’s about connecting with your breath and moving with awareness. Flexibility will come with time, but it’s never a requirement.​
How big are the group classes?
Each class has a maximum of 4 students, so you’ll receive individual attention and guidance in a supportive, intimate space.​
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in — like leggings, track pants, or shorts, and a light top. No shoes are needed; we practice barefoot.​
How do I book a class?
Booking is required for all classes. Click the Book a Class button on this page to reserve your spot. Each class has a maximum of 4 students, so securing your place in advance is essential.
