Trial Class – Kids Yoga

Helping kids bloom through yoga, play, and mindfulness — Tuesdays 3:45pm at The OM Movement, Hornsby

A playful and supportive space where children can bloom through movement, mindfulness, and fun. Using yoga, breathwork, and games, kids develop confidence, focus, and calm in a joyful environment. ✨ Suitable for children aged 6–10 years ✨ All yoga mats and props are included Term 3 2026: 21 July – 15 September, every Tuesday 3:45pm (45 min, 9 weeks)
