Gentle Hatha Yoga offers slow, mindful movement to strengthen, stretch, and restore both body and mind. Rooted in breath awareness and balance, these welcoming classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. • Morning classes are uplifting and energising, helping you awaken the body and begin the day with clarity. • Evening classes focus on gentle release and relaxation, helping you unwind and find calm after the day. Weekly classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays make it easy to bring balance and wellbeing into your routine.

"Sophia came to Flaura Farm, the small festival event I organised, and hosted a beautiful morning yoga class for around 15-20 people.
