Gemini Full Moon

Two weeks ago, during the New Moon in Sagittarius, we were invited to set goals for the new cycle, and more precisely to satisfy our need for exploration. Mercury retrograde might have challenged us… Did we manage to keep our goal of exploration in mind?

As the Moon becomes full in the sign of Gemini, the Sun opposes her in Sagittarius. The dance between the two luminaries forms a Full Moon, a time to reflect mid-cycle on that curious and communicative part of us:- Have I been exploring enough? - Have I been learning something new to feed my curious mind?- Have I read enough? - What has my communication style been like?- Have I been gossiping?

Whatever the answers, acknowledge. Awareness is the first step to further growth. During the next two weeks of this Moon cycle, let go and unwind.

Jupiter joins the Moon in a wide conjunction, also in Gemini.  Jupiter expands everything it touches, so be mindful of higher levels of sensitivity and emotions during this Full Moon. As both Jupiter and the Moon are in Gemini, our Monkey mind might become more active, but we might also be able to talk more easily about how we feel. Neptune in Pisces squares both the Sun and the Moon, giving us a sense of compassion for ourselves during this Full Moon.

The Full Moon in Gemini also marks the final hours of Mercury retrograde, as it will station direct just a few hours later. Mercury rules Gemini and therefore highlights the importance of reflecting on the functions of our mind during this Full Moon, before we can completely let go as Mercury goes direct again.
